Redefining museums, Powerhouse Parramatta is one of the world's most significant new museum projects, and the largest cultural infrastructure project in NSW since the Sydney Opera House. The project is being realised with $75 million support from our visionary and ambitious philanthropic and corporate partners. As the first NSW State Cultural Institution to be based in Western Sydney, Powerhouse Parramatta will be a transformational cultural precinct in one of the fastest growing and most diverse communities in Australia.
With over 18,000 sqm of exhibition and public space, Powerhouse Parramatta will deliver dynamic exclusive international exhibitions, learning and community programs attracting more than two million visitors in its first year.
