Your New Museum
Powerhouse Parramatta has been designed by internationally acclaimed French-Japanese practice Moreau Kusunoki, in collaboration with award-winning Australian architecture firm Genton. Together they conceived a monumental exoskeleton that establishes Powerhouse Parramatta as an architectural landmark. Made from 1,237 pieces, the superstructure creates 7 epic presentation spaces. This defining feature at the forefront of architecture allows the building to evolve and adapt to contemporary museum practice for generations to come.
