The role is responsible for the successful implementation of Workday, our new HCM system. To be successful, you will have a strong understanding of the relationship between Core HCM and other Workday modules. You will also oversee the HR Operations function to maintain operational continuity and integration across employee lifecycle services. Prior experience with implementation of a HCM system is desirable. You will also have experience with HR function and HR processes and associated leading practices.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work collaboratively and across disciplines to deliver innovative exhibitions that bring the Powerhouse vision to life. We’re seeking a proactive, action-oriented individual who can manage multiple stakeholders while overseeing all aspects of project planning, design, and construction. You’ll produce documentation, contracts, and schedules; chair meetings; monitor progress; and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include drafting budgets, managing risk, and maintaining strict compliance with Work Health & Safety standards to guarantee quality and safety at every stage. Experience in program and project management whether in exhibitions, festivals, live events, or other large-scale productions is highly valued.
