Production Technician

The Production Technician plays a key role in delivering high-quality exhibitions, programs and events across all Powerhouse sites, including Ultimo, Parramatta, Castle Hill and Sydney Observatory. Working collaboratively with internal teams, this role supports the installation, testing and operation of audio, lighting, video, projection and broadcasting equipment to ensure seamless technical delivery. We are seeking technicians with strong foundational skills across multiple disciplines, while also welcoming applications from specialists. These opportunities are available on a casual and short-term contract basis, offering flexibility and exposure to a diverse range of projects.
