The Powerhouse Museum is seeking an experienced Archives Manager to lead our archives team and oversee the management and development of institutional and acquired archives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in archival management, preferably in a museum or gallery environment, and demonstrate extensive leadership experience in managing a team. As the Archives Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and leading the operations, systems, policies, and procedures of the museum’s archives. Your work will support the museum’s commitment to excellence in information and collection management while ensuring the ongoing accessibility and promotion of our collections.

Guest Relations Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across all arrival, hosting, accommodation readiness and departure services at Powerhouse Parramatta. You will oversee and integrate a full suite of guest-facing functions including arrival management, cloakroom operations, contractor access, concierge services, residency and academy check-in and check-out, accommodation quality, and continuous service improvement. You will lead the Guest Relations, Reservations and Duty Manager teams to deliver safe, seamless and high-quality guest experiences across a 24/7 operating environment. You will ensure room readiness, housekeeping quality, and premium presentation standards for both the Residences and Lang Walker Academy accommodation. A strong leadership presence is required across weekdays, weekends and evenings to support a broad and dynamic operational footprint.

Hospitality Operations Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across all hospitality and food and beverage services within the Powerhouse portfolio, with a primary focus on Powerhouse Parramatta. The role oversees the delivery of food and beverage operations across retail outlets, commercial events, programs and hospitality services supporting the Lang Walker Academy and Residency experiences, ensuring seamless, high-quality service that reflects Powerhouse’s vision and standards. Although delivered through external operators, these partners are considered an integral part of the Powerhouse hospitality team. The role works closely with them to ensure cohesive, consistent and aligned service delivery across all food and beverage touchpoints. Based at Powerhouse Parramatta, the position ensures integration of hospitality services across the precinct while maintaining visibility and coordination of food and beverage operations across other Powerhouse sites as required.
