Regional Stakeholder Forum

How can museums and galleries connect with young people in a changing environment?

This free annual forum brings together staff and volunteers from regional and Western Sydney museums and galleries to network, share stories and engage with current topics relevant to the regions.

Day one will focus on remote, regional and volunteer approaches to engaging with young people, while day two will incorporate approaches from larger, salaried organisations. Attendees can register for one or both days.

Ten bursaries of up to $500 will be offered by Powerhouse to support travel costs for attendees from regional NSW, apply via emilyc@mgnsw.org.au.

The Regional Stakeholder Forum will be held alongside the IMAGinE Awards 2026.
